Dear Shige,

My name is Jason and I am travelling to Niseko from Canada during January and Feburay.

I will be snowboarding and taking the avalanche training course. I am looking for budget accommodation such as the shared rooms you are offering.

Can I rent a spot for Jan and Feb. I will actually be on the ground from Jan 15 till Feb 28 if that helps you plan.

If you have anything that fits this bill please let me know.

Sorry for the late reply, and we don't have any beds at the present moment.
Our accommodation is for staff and we are going to offer the remaining beds
to the outsider as a customer.

When some customers and staffs move out, I will be able to tell you if you can wait.

Dear Shige, I am Edith from Hong Kong and I will start to work in Hirafu from Aug 2015 onward. I am looking for budget accommodation as the one above. I am not sure if it is still available and I could rent it for a long period for about 9 months to 1 year? Thank you very much.
