Seeking accommodation for 16/17 winter

We're a British couple seeking accommodation from Dec 2016 thru to mar/Apr 2017. We've spent the last six winters in colorado, and we're now looking for a new adventure. We're in our late 30s, so we're no longer big party animals, are clean and tidy and have several landlord references. I have a very nice three bedroom house in hirafu. I'm an Irish physiotherapist and my partner is Japanese. We will be working there for the winter season. We are relaxed and easy going. Not party animals but definitely social and enjoy a few drinks with friends (our profiles seem to match well) The location is awesome. Walking distance to everything in hirafu. The house is fully equipped With all modern appliances. The room is 200,000yen per month for a minimum of 5 months.
