The Sapporo Bar Association will host a free legal seminar in Kutchan for non-Japanese residing in and visiting Hokkaido. It will cover issues on
basic legal system, transactions of real estate, and employment law and rules in Japan. A presentation on tax issues by a Certifi ed Public Tax
Accountant from the Hokkaido Certifi ed Public Tax Accountants’ Association will also take place.
Free consultation with lawyers and Certifi ed Public Tax Accountants will be available after the seminar on fi rst-come-fi rst-served basis.
