Real quick I don't know how many jobs they have for non-Japanese speakers, but if you're on work holiday or have a visa try Abucha, a restaurant in Hirafu. That link is in Japanese but they have English speakers who can review your application via email. They are hiring 50 this year and I think there's still 20 more slots. Pretty sure they also have dorm-style accommodation in Hirafu for their employees. Good luck.

Hey mate,

I manage to get a job at niseko pizza. Keep your eye on this website most companies have started posting positions and it's worth emailing them your resume and trying to chase them up for work.

Most ski resort jobs give you staff accommodation like a backpacker hostel...try Owashi lodge they may have rooms to rent temporarily so you can get your feet on the ground and find a place.

We looked up all the restaurants and bars in niseko and emailed them one by one....finding a place for us was pure luck and haven't seen heaps posted lately try looking up my thread in this forum. Look for jmckeown.

Pretty sure I had the same questions and there's some good links on there.
