You know, they've asked me this same question before, and they certainly seemed sincere. Even in the winter 90% of their business is Japanese, so very nice of them to ask. I'd already known Japanese for years when I first ventured in, so it's hard for me to have a "newbie" foreign perspective and give any kind of actionable feedback. MV's my go-to spot, though, for sure.
