Due to expanding team and management portfolio, MnK Niseko is now looking for a HR Manager, with proven HR experience in preferably a tourism, hospitality, or similar environment. The role of HR manager is key to our organisation and we are looking for skilled individuals who can work closely with the senior management team. Start Date: ASAP Status: 1 year full time contract. Probationary period: 3 months - negotiable Base Salary: 300,000 JPY per month Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate the recruitment of staff for multiple MnK sites Ensuring compliance with Japanese employment law/regulations HR Management and associated IT Payroll Administration and Handling Timekeeping and Attendance Appraisal and Performance Administration of Benefits Recruiting/Learning management Performance Records Employee self-service Scheduling Absence management Analytics Grievance handling Requirements: Native Japanese and Fluent English Attention to detail is essential Degree or equivalent level qualification Work experience in an international environment Basic computer skills Valid open drivers license Valid working visa (work sponsored visa can be discussed on application) Knowledge about Niseko or willing to know about it Energy and enthusiasm Benefits: 5 work days/week, 10 days of paid leave & same number of public holiday.
