Admin Assistant for Niseko Black Snowsports School Duties: Employee will be responsible for, but not restricted to, the following roles:- Assisting with the daily operations of the Niseko Black Office (08:00-20:00). -Administration to support the Snowsports School operations manager including correspondence with clients, agents, staff and 3rd party providers; processing payments; dealing with phone and email enquiries; ordering guest services; processing inbound lesson requests. -Driving clients and/or staff to assist with daily running of snowsports logistics -Assisting clients throughout their stay, e.g. check-in/check-out, equipment rentals and other ancillary services -Restaurant bookings, transfers and organising day excursions etc. -Supporting Niseko Black Luxury Concierge staff if needed.
