AYA Niseko is located on the Grand Hirafu Resort ski slope, with immediate connection to the lifts, and incorporates all the services expected from a high-end hotel. Front Manager Job Summary  -Leading the reception team of reservation, concierge and ski valet.  -Supervising the daily reception duty  -Responding problem and claim, resolving issues effectively and improve operation Qualifications • A team player, organised, calm and patient, with an attention to detail and strong time management skills. • Experience in the service industry • Previous experience in a front reception or similar customer service role • Ability to always show up on time, in uniform, and be well groomed. • A concise, open and effective communicator, both in spoken and written English. • Native or high business level English is required. • Conversational or higher level of Japanese is required. • A bachelor degree is required. • A valid driver's license for Japan is required. Salary & Benefits • 3.6 million yen per annum negotiable depending on experience. • National health insurance and pension included. • Free Grand Hirafu ski pass provided. • Assistance with finding accommodation.
