Annupuri Lodge, Niseko is seeking the services of a full time chef for the 09/10 season. The Annupuri Lodge chef will be expected to prepare a buffet breakfast for 8-25 people and single item menu dinner for 8-20 depending on demand. The package includes accommodation, meals, lift pass and a salary between 100000 -250000 per month depending on experience. Some overtime will be expected the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar environment, be able to speak English and Japanese (Basic English is acceptable) and have a love for snow sports.
