Recruiting for 18/19 Japan Ski season – come work and play in the mountains SEKKA Lab, a modern restaurant/cafe in Kutchan which opened in December 2016 and SOMOZA a gallery and restaurant located in a 150 year old relocated Japanese villa in Hanazono are looking for staff who are interested in working in artistic and inspiring surroundings and learning about food and wine. Come and join the team. The job requires a Japanese Working Holiday Visa, no additional Japanese Language skill required. Sekka Lab Sous/Assistant Chef - Dinner 5/6 days a week in a casual modern Italian Restaurant. Afternoon Starts. Front of House: Service staff for casual modern Italian Restaurant, some driving shifts if required. Employment Period *Full term - Early December - End of March *Short term - Early December - End of February Our 2 venues are open for the summer season as well, year round positions available for suitable candidates. Hours *Generally 5-6 days per week, 7-8 hours per day (We will try to be flexible with work hours, so you have enough time in mountains) Pay Rate Please enquire regarding positions above.
