Holiday Niseko is now looking for front desk staff to join our team. Holiday Niseko is a licensed travel agent and property management company located in the Niseko Resort. The company is operated by two New Zealanders and we believe we create an enjoyable environment to work in. We are looking for someone to help the reservation team over this summer/autumn and then move to the front desk for the winter. Main tasks include: -Booking guest services such as bus transfers/ski school/restaurants -Answering the telephone and in house guest enquiries -Preparing guest arrival welcome packs -Attending to guest requests and enquiries -Helping prepare for the winter season Benefits - Job training and support -Subsidised accommodation -Hirafu/Hanazono season pass -Potential future employment/sponsorship Working conditions Pre-season Mon-Fri 9-5pm During winter - split shifts, up to 6 days a week working Job Requirements Computer skills Excellent english ability Japanese or Chinese ability would be an asset Outgoing and good customer service skills Please send a cover letter, recent photo and resume to
