Niseko Boutiques is looking for Guest Service staff for the 2016/17 winter season Job Descriptions below Guest Service Staff Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Directly liaising with customers regarding their experiences in resort, check-in & check-out process, settling accounts using cash and credit card facilities. Assist with inquires from the guests relating to any services provided by Niseko Boutiques and our partners. Respond to emails where required. Drive guests around the Hirafu area within designated times. Flexibility with the job to be able to assist other departments where possible during extremely busy periods. Requirements Ability to obtain a working holiday visa (must be 30 or under) Passionate about hospitality and customer service. Professional attitude and grooming Excellent communication skills - English language essential and conversational Japanese beneficial International Drivers Licence Team player.
