Be the face of Hanazono and our services; assist with guest check in upon arrival to resort, cater for last minute bookings, provide accurate information regarding Hanazono and the Niseko area during the guests' stay. Liasise with Hanazono Operations to ensure a smooth and seamless experience at Hanazono for all clientele. Key Responsibilities: First guest contact in resort and walk in bookings Assist with guest check in and registration Open and close of Sales Locations Provide fast and accurate information for guest enquires Co-ordinate with NISS/HPG/Adventure Park Operations to ensure seamless operations Work Hours: Full Season: December 1, 2019 - April 5, 2020 30-40 hours per week Shift work between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm Pay Rate 1,417 yen per hour ~ ( Consider your experience and ability :) ) Overtime pay (25% increase in hourly wages.) Holiday work pay (35% increase in hourly wages.)
