We are looking for an experienced chef to manage a resturant and bar in a Lodge in Rusutsu Located in Rusutsu about 30 minutes form Niseko area Villa Rusutsu is a boutique mountain lodge at the base of some of the best skiing in Hokkaido. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily and the Apre' bar is open from 16:00 daily and open to staying and visiting guests. The fully equiped Kitchen includes a bakery and all appliances. The 40 seater restaurant is warm with a real ski lodge feel and provides a perfect platform for any chef to show of their talent whilst enjoying the amazing Hokkaido winter. Requirements Producing consistently high quality food across daily operations Ensuring that preparation, presentation and service is carried out promptly and to required standards Input into menu on a regular basis Managing service staff including bar Taking leadership role in kitchen Maintaining appropriate stock levels and conducting stocktakes Maintain a high level of professionalism whilst within the workplace Cleaning and maintenance of operating equipment▪ Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Perform other F&B related duties as assigned by Management Employment Period December 2016 to May 2017 (negotiable) Benefits Salary subject to experience) Bonus based on performance of restuarant Staff meals Accommodation Season Lift ticket
