We are a restaurant located in Kabayama, Niseko, a 6-min drive from Grand Hirafu. We serve robata course meals and open for lunch and dinner. For winter, we are only open for dinner. Our main store is located in Susukino, Sapporo, serving Hokkaido kaiseki cuisine for over 56 years. Key responsibilities: 1. Directly reports to the Head Chef 2. Assist in Mise en place/food preparation 2. Clean, wash and maintain: Pots, pans, utensils, etc 4. Ensures line organization, cleanliness and sanitation. 5. Perform removal of trash and separation of recyclable materials 6. Assist with prep work as needed or required Qualifications: 1. Cooking experience preferred 1. Must be interested in Japanese cuisine 2. Japanese - conversational level 3. A valid driver's license is a plus 5.
