Hokkaido Backcountry Club is looking for reservationists and drivers for our mechanized ski guiding operation. HBC is now working directly with Black Diamond Tours and we are dedicated to offering the highest level of (mechanized) guiding and backcountry skiing in Japan. Japanese language ability and previous experience in Hokkaido is not necessary but of course will be considered very valuable assets. < Reservations> Job Duties: Manage reservations for heli, cat, backcountry ski tours. Requirements: Fluent in English Computer skills Experience working in customer service Eligible for a working holiday visa Wages: 1200 - 1500yen/ hour based on experience Working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, 5 days a week Term of employment: Dec 1 - Mar 15 2017 < Heli & Cat Skiing Vehicle Drivers> Job Duties: Driving guests from their accommodation in Niseko to our heli/ cat skiing location. Requirements: Valid International Driver's License Eligible for a working holiday visa Experience working in customer service Wages: 900 - 1100yen/ hour based on experience Working hours: 8:00 - 16:00, 5 days a week Term of employment: Dec 20 - Mar 15 2017 Job Benefits for both positions: Free heli/cat skiing when there are available seats Free avalanche courses Free ski touring/ splitboard/ avalanche gear rentals We can provide accommodation (based on twin rooms) for 35,000yen per month.
