We are looking for a supervisor for our operation. Key Tasks: a. Respond to and follow up reservations and guest services’ enquiries. b. Monitor guests’ arrivals and departures and greet guests. c. Ensure reservations, airport transfers and guest services’ requests are accurately booked and delivered to a high standard. d. Liaise with the Hotel staff to ensure reservations and guest services’ payments are followed up and received. e. Assist the Owner as and when directed. f. Assist with the service delivery of breakfast at Hotel for guests. g. Any additional tasks assigned by the Owner. h. Supervise hotel staff. Accommodation is provided (but charged).
