IT systems operation management -Helpdesk support for PC, Windows/Mac, software, network, printers, etc -Building and configuring PCs/Macs -User account management -Communicating with 3rd party help desks in case of system trouble. 2. IT support for holiday guests - Troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues -Simple IT troubleshooting support for guests 3. Supplier communication and management - Sourcing of new IT equipment Knowledge and Skill Requirements - Basic knowledge of IT, Networking, TCP/IP and Windows 10/MacOS Troubleshooting. -Customer service skills to empathetically respond to end user inquiries and issues. A positive, flexible, hard-working attitude required. -Communication skills to effectively relay technical concepts to telecommunication providers with diverse levels of knowledge and understanding. -Motivation to learn (see below!) -Japanese language skills an advantage -Regular driving license. What you can learn - PowerShell, Bash, GAS, and SOE image creation/deployment. -Configuration and management of Unix/Windows servers, firewalls, VPN, routers, AP's and switches. -Server virtualization, administration. -VOIP phone system configuration/deployment. -Monitoring solutions for servers and Routers/AP. -VPN configurations and management. -GSuite Management Employment Package Details Employment Period: on going Employment Status: Full time year round Contract Value: ¥3,180,000 to ¥4,190,000 (including ¥100,000 for lift pass and public holidays - see below) Public Holiday Value included above: ¥180,000 to ¥240,000 (assuming all public holidays are worked - please note that working on public holidays is business/position dependent) Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan Working Hours: 40 hours per week 5 x 9 hour days (1 hour break) Rostered shifts, usually between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday 119 days off per year 10 days annual leave after 6 months of joining the company Benefits include: -Staff accommodation available for rent -Free ski or snowboard lessons -Visa sponsorship -Access to language and work relevant training subsidy -Professional work environment -Staff benefits package Start date: Available now Think you have a lot to offer but don't see the perfect role above?
