Main Duties: Answering Telephone and Email Enquiries. Arranging Accommodation and overseeing housekeeping operations. Coordinating guest service bookings prior to arrival. Preparing accommodation and documents for arrival. Overseeing guest check in and departure. Processing financials. Troubleshooting for guests and accommodating their individual requests. Requirements: Native Japanese and conversational level English Reservations, Front Desk or Concierge experience essential Knowledge about Niseko or willing to know about it Confident with MS Office or other word processing and spreadsheet applications Valid drivers license.
