Nanny / Au Pair - late November to early March

We are a husband/wife team operating two businesses in the Niseko area and are seeking a nanny/au pair to assist in caring for our 3 month old. Position is from late November 2015 to mid March 2016. 6 Days per week, 4 to 8 hours/day, with flexible schedule and occasional evenings. Subsidised accommodation available in twin room Competitive salary advised on application Responsibilities include: Preparing bottles for baby and care for feeding equipment Changing diapers and bathing baby Dressing baby appropriate to the weather conditions Washing and ironing baby's clothes Preparing meals for the baby Supervising baby's meals Cleaning and washing up after baby's meals Shopping for baby's requirements Undertaking appropriate creative activities with the child Undertaking appropriate educational activities with the baby Planning and supervising rest, bed and nap times Tidying baby's play areas Implementing daily routines Doing light housework, assistance with cooking meals and running errands Education and Experience: 2 years experience minimum with further training in child care and development such as a formal nanny training program, early childhood classes and/or in-service training First Aid and CPR certification Safety certification International driving license and safe driving record Must have or be able to qualify for a Japanese working holiday visa Key Competencies: Flexibility and adaptability Ability to multitask Emotional maturity Good judgment skills Planning and organising skills High energy level Beneficial but not essential Hospitality experience To apply please send your CV plus cover letter outlining your experience and why you'd like to live in Niseko to Tess and John at tess.stomski@niseko-gourmet.com.
