Cash handling,
Sales Management and Reports,

Taking and handling reservations on the job and by phone,
Stock Ordering/receiving,
Staff roster management,
Staff Supervison and management,
Maintaining OH&S and food/quality regulations,
Handling complaints,
Standard office and administration duties,
Cleaning,
Local Sales and maintaining website blogs,
Social networking site updates,
Snow Clearing,
Driving Customer pick-ups and drop offs,
Willingness to help in other areas if needed, when needed.
*Requirements]Bar and Hospitality managerial exp.,
business level Japanese ability preferred. International Manual
drivers (medium rigid, up to 25 seater bus) licence with winter
driving experience.
*Wage
From 200,000yen per month.
*Payday
Once per month, payment on the 15th of the month.
*Superannuation Insurance
Yes, available to eligible staff. All staff covered by workplace
insurance while working. All foreign staff are recommended to
possess their own insurances to cover themselves outside of
working hours.
*Other
Dormitory Accommodation (incl. utilities) at 10,000yen per month.
