Niseko Taproom Looking for Winter Staff!

Niseko Taproom, the craft beer bar and rotisserie, is entering its second year and looking for enthusiastic, energetic beer aficionados to help serve our hungry and thirsty customers. We are located on the 3rd floor of Odin Place in one of the coolest locations and anticipate being as popular again this season. We are looking to employ staff to cover the following hours (we are open to part-time and flexible working hours for the right candidates): Weekends Lunch staff 11:30 -16:00 Dinner staff 16:00 - 24:00 Weekdays Afternoon/dinner staff 14.30 - 24:00 Job Information December 1st to March 31st Looking for 2 (or more) people to cover all the opening hours. Hourly wage starting from 1100 Yen All statutory payments made in accordance with law Must be Japanese national or have legitimate visa status (no tourist visa) Meal included if working over lunchtime or dinner time Substantial staff discounts Ideal candidate is local or has accommodation arranged Beer tasting okay Staff meal provided Tips (the better you work the more you get!) Ideal Candidate Profile Beer serving and food handling experience Ability to multitask over long periods - serving beer and food, recording orders, changing barrels, clearing tables, cleaning up and talking to customers! Not all at the same time. Some bilingual English/Japanese skills desirable for communication with our chef Simple cooking skills Drinks stock control - ordering more supplies locally when we run low Handling payments with cash and credit cards Talking orders/explaining food and drink options Updating menus Helping with marketing activities as instructed.
