Job Description Key Responsibilities: Produce consistently high quality food across daily operations Ensure that preparation, presentation and service is carried out promptly and to required standards Maintain appropriate stock levels and conduct stocktakes Ensure that Customers are served within the effective and timely manner Liaise effectively with Front of House on special requests or delayed meals Clean and maintain operating equipment Comply to the the standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation Perform other duties as assigned by Management Job type Seasonal Contract Location Niseko, Japan Skill set: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a pub or restaurant environment Passion for the food and hospitality industry Demonstrate experience in delivery of western fusion cuisine Knowledge of food preparation, production and presentation Maintain a clean kitchen and to comply with all health and safety obligations Work within a fast paced environment and adapt quickly to the changing needs Flexible to work various shifts including public holidays and weekends Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail An ability to foster team spirit with a positive attitude Job Type Seasonal Contract Location Niseko, Japan Job Benefits: One free staff meal before or whilst working a full shift Uniforms (must bring your own black pants and black shoes) Recognition for your talents and contribution The opportunity to make a difference to every customer Working in a friendly team environment Staff accommodation to various budgets and locations Access to shared lift passes.
