MnK is looking for a Project management Assistant for our development department. The Project Management Assistant is responsible for assisting the Development Project Manager in coordinating the activities required to complete and finalise new developments at MnK Niseko. This role will require you to use project management principles, and provide support to the Development Liaison for a variety of projects. Key Responsibilities include: Communicate with builders to get concepts drawn up into working floor plans Get quotes for confirmed floor plans Communicate finalised selections to builder Work with builder to get electrical/heating plans Help interior selections and communicating schedules to owners Set up of homes (furniture, household items, electricals etc.) Working with MnK maintenance on defects on property for first year after handover Translating owner requests and sharing with builders/architects/suppliers Communicating with contractors via email and face-to-face meetings Checking documents and plans from builder match owner requests - translating documents and sharing with owners or correcting and sending back to contractor for revisions Passing on updates to res team in regards to construction schedule Working with IT to get floor plans drawn up for website Updating marketing overview Updating property management overview Job Requirements: English proficiency, both spoken and written Japanese proficiency, both spoken and written Must hold valid working visa or be a Japanese citizen. Must hold a valid Japanese driver’s license or International Driving Permit Understanding of CAD and/or ability to read floor plans from CAD drawings Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously Employment: 1 year full time with possibility of extension Probation Period: 3 months Salary: ¥200,000–¥220,000 monthly gross salary (negotiable commensurate with experience) Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week, between the hours of 7:00-22:00, 5 days a week Application and any questions : ikumi.yanagimoto@mnkniseko.com We are looking forward to hearing from you!
