Position Kiroro Real Estate Sales Manager Location Kiroro, Hokkaido, Japan Brief Kiroro Resort Holdings Co, Ltd are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Kiroro Resort Development team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director in Bangkok and expected to manage a sales team in Kiroro and manage real estate sales, sales agents, stock, marketing, development of and maintenance of our client database, and provide assistance with project management and coordinate with the hotel and ski operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales agents and direct enquires as well as managing the sales process from product launch to close. The candidate must have local knowledge of the area, be motivated, have strong organizational skills and be able to work in a flexible yet disciplined manner. The candidate is also expected to have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work with an international project team. Requirements - Excellent sales and communication skills. - Can work independently with high initiative. - Self-motivated and creative. - Native English speaker. - Chinese or Japanese ability preferred. - Must currently reside in Japan or be eligible for a visa in Japan. - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience. - Asset and Project Management experience also a plus. - Holder of real estate agency license is also a plus Remuneration Salary: From 5M JPY per annum depending on experience Bonus: Commission based.
