As the Reservations Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of guest reservations. You will liaise directly with customers and agents, in a timely manner, to ensure all aspects of their holiday and/or catering experience have been planned for and organized in line with company strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with all other departments to effectively communicate guest requirements and ensure the expectations of associates, guests and owners are being met, whilst maximizing revenue opportunities through upselling techniques. What we are looking for?
