Reservations/Sales Manager   Due to expansion and a growing customer base, MnK Niseko is looking for a dynamic, sales-maximizing Reservations Manager, with proven negotiation skills in preferably a tourism, hospitality, or similar environment.   MnK is one of the leading independent employers within the Resort Management/Guest Services sector in Hirafu. It is easy to achieve a great work/life balance here, and MnK encourage all our employees to be active and involved in the local activities/environment.   The Reservations Team are responsible for ensuring our guests have a wonderful and memorable experience, from the minute they book their Niseko holiday, through to their journey home. The successful candidate will be managing a team of three, taking initial booking enquiries through to allocating properties, and booking guest services   Start Date: July 2017~ Status: 1 year full time contract.    Probationary period: 3 months - negotiable Base Salary: JPY 2.7~3.1 million annual gross salary  Working Hours: Average 40 hours per week. Flexible working hours. Other: Shared Accommodation is available April~Oct   Main Duties:   ·      Coordinate and manage the activities of the reservations team year-round. ·      Ensure all emails and telephone enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, maximizing all sales opportunities. ·      Coordinate accommodation and guest service bookings prior to arrival, and while guests are in resort ·      Ensure financials are processed correctly. ·      Ensure that standards of service are met. ·      Liaise with external guest service providers. ·      Work with other teams to coordinate marketing activities such as product evaluation, pricing, promotion ·      Work together with all other departments within the company to ensure and end-to-end provision of service, and maximizing of business opportunities.   Requirements:    ·      Fluent English (Japanese and/or Mandarin skills also useful) ·      Experience in hospitality or customer service. ·      Work experience in an international environment. ·      Competent user of current everyday office IT systems. ·      Awareness of travel websites such as eg.
