Ichiseko Restaurant at Annupuri Gardens is looking to employ a restaurant manager for the upcoming winter (2019/20).
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can manager our Szechuan restaurant throughout the winter.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assisting front desk staff with restaurant bookings
- Managing POS systems
- need to be able to manage a small team of waiting staff
- keep staff motivated and ensure that high standards are obtained
Qualifications and Skills:
- English and Chinese language skills required
- Japanese language skills useful
- 5 years hospitality experience
- 2 years restaurant management experience
- extensive knowledge of wines
- extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine
