AYA Niseko, a premium condominium hotel in Niseko Hirafu, seeks to fill the full-time position of Senior Owner Relations Officer. Experience working for Tokyu Resort Service, a large company with nationwide presence that manages hotels and resorts throughout Japan, and offers attractive benefits as part of their salary package. As Senior Owner Relations Officer you will support apartment owners by acting as their liaison and point of contact within the management company. You will handle owner requests, questions, and issues in a timely and professional manner, and build and cultivate strong relationships based on trust, accessibility, and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE - Regular direct communication with apartment owners - Resolving owner issues and requests - Maintaining a working knowledge of property amenities and services - Maintaining a working knowledge of events and attractions in the Niseko area KEY SKILLS - Business level / fluent english language ability - Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills - Strong numerical skills - Excellent personal time management & organisation skills CHARACTERISTICS - Professional and polite demeanour - Meticulous attention to detail - Ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment - Ability to resolve difficult or complex situations in a calm and professional manner - Interest in snowsports (desirable) EXPERIENCE - Luxury hospitality experience OR high-level communications experience OR accounts management experience - Educated to bachelor degree level or above REMUNERATION & BENEFITS - ¥3.5M+ negotiable based on experience - Complimentary ski resort lift pass - Company health, social and employment insurance available - Heavily subsidised accommodation and meals available START DATE - Position available for immediate start CONTACT - To apply, please send your CV/resume and cover letter to careers.aya@resortservice.co.jp
