Ryko Spa is looking for a Spa Receptionist to join the team for the winter season.
Job Description: Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Handling all Spa bookings.
- Handling Private Onsen bookings.
- Tidying Private Onsen after guest use.
- Answering in-house and external phone calls.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operation.
- Responding to emails.
- Assisting colleagues in other positions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality service.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
- Must be fluent in English. Japanese language skills will be highly regarded.
Employment Period
- 18 Nov 2019 to 5 Apr 2020
Working Hours
- 14:00-23:00 4 days per week
- Roster will be made based on hotel occupancy, and we may ask you to work more or less hours and days.
Pay Rate
- ¥1,250 - ¥1,350 per hour.
- 25% overtime rate.
- 25% late night work rate for work between 10pm and 5am.
