We are currently seeking a kitchen staff in Zaborin Japanese Ryokan style accommodation in Niseko. Our ryokan is a luxury 15 villas with onsen bath, small size of hotel operation with a Japanese dining, which is serving top level of contemporary Japanese cuisine with authentic culinary skills. Position : Kitchen staff Commis level, Qualification : Culinary experience (more than 2 years) or Culinary education required Language : Must understand or speak Japanese Salary : from JPY1,100 to 1,300 per hour depends on career background Working hours : Average 5 days a week, 6- 8 hours a day, 130 - 170 hours per months, must be flexible depends on business level Working duration : Starting early December, 2017 until late March, 2018 Employee accommodation available in Kutchan downtown, dormitory fee is JPY 20,000 yen per month (including electricity, water, Wi-Fi) Transportation is provided between the dormitory and Ryokan.
