Accommodation for 3-4 pers. for winter season 15/16 (dec.- end season)

Hey, we are 3-4 persons that want to make a season in Niseko next season 15/16 to go skiing and exsperience/explore a little of Japan and offcause Niseko... And I don´t know if you have like Apartments/Condos that you rent out for long terms over the winter ? Or maybe you know who question are about accomondation for awhole season, who you have to contact for appartments and this stuff ? Thank you very much !! :) I´m Looking forward to hear from you...
