Yes you have to love it when you pay good money for a lesson and your instructor has no idea. Please, ski schools it is about teaching people how to ski not just take money from clients. Niseko is moving forward with high end clients, we need to provide a high end service.

We would like to state that GoSnow only employs qualified instructors and take the rules of the mountain very seriously.
We also only give lessons in English.
If you can let me know the date and time you took your lesson we will investigate this further. We take it very seriously if our instructors do anything illegal and will certainly take further action if that is the case.
Regarding your dissatisfaction with your lesson, we can only apologise and of course we are more than happy to offer you a full refund of your class. Please contact us as soon as possible at lessons@gondolasnowsports.com
