Hi I am curently looking to buy an affordable house or condo, maximum budget is 14-17.5 Million Yen. Hoping to buy a home in Izumikyo or Hirafu. Also interested in buying land and building however unsure the cost..need compare constructing versus buying existing property.
I am also open to Kutchan area but would want spend alot less money maximum 7.5-8.5 Million Yen.
