If you speak Japanese fluently and with experience in Japan or want to try new experience to be Kiroro newest ski patrol team or you are interested in ski grooming, we are accepting application from now to this winter 2021 – 2022. 【Patroller】 • You can work for period from June 1st 2021 to 31st of March 2022, and if all good we can offer you a year contract • Salary : Negotiable: A winter allowance is applicable for those with specified license • You must be a good skier with minimum qualification of SAJ (Ski) level 1 or JSBA (Snowboard) level 1, the higher the better • Winter, you will be doing slope management, rescue and checking the installed objects (board signs or nets). While in summer, you will still be managing the slope by mowing the lawn and preparing the installed objects or the maintenance. • Your typical working hours is 8:00 to 17:00, with the shift, it can be irregular and always on the snow • Holidays : 104 days per year (86 days to be planned for the current contract period) 【Groomer】 • For a period from June 1st 2021 to 31st of March 2022, and if all good we can offer you a year contract • Salary : Negotiable, a winter allowance is applicable for those with specified license • A Large special license required and the heavy equipment operating as well • You will go to take care of snow cats. Winter, you are responsible for slope and snow cats’ management. During the summer, maintenance and preparation are important. • Your typical working hours is 8:00 to 17:00 while summer season, and the winter with day shift (8:00 to 17:00) or night shift (0:00 to 9:00). It can be irregular to follow the calendar. • Holidays : 104 days per year (86 days to be planned for the current contract period) You will apply to social insurance, which is including Employees’ Health Insurance and Employees’ Pension Insurance. And under Employment Insurance and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance. We have dormitory of single room and company house for whom with family.
