The Hong Kong Triathlong group are in town (25 of 'em) and they're having a Olympic distance race this Friday afternoon at 3pm.
The race will include - 1.5km swim, ride around the Lake (40km) and then 10km run up and down the edges of the Lake.

There are a range of different levels competing so if you've ever wanted to have a crack at a triathlon this is a good chance to give it a go cheaply and in a relaxed environment.
