NISADE are seeking Shuttle Bus Drivers for Niseko! NISADEでは、ニセコでシャトルバスの運転手を募集しています。 2022‐23冬期のバス/シャトルドライバーを募集しております。主な仕事は、ゴンドラやその他のピックアップポイントへ宿泊施設の送迎サービスに記載されている通りにお客様を送り届けることです。 主な業務内容 宿泊施設からゴンドラ、ウェルカムセンター、ヒラフ周辺のピックアップポイントへのゲストの送迎 フロントデスクスタッフおよびホテルマネージャーと綿密に連携し、すべての送迎スケジュールを実施、また、特別なドライブのリクエストがあれば即時実行 車両のメンテナンスや修理が必要な場合は、ホテルマネージャーやメンテナンスチームに報告 バスの内外を清潔に保ち、機械やエンジンの状態を確認し、配車前に最高の状態にする 送迎に遅れが生じた場合、フロントデスクチームとホテルマネージャーに場所や道路状況を連絡 除雪作業 その他、上司からの指示による業務 Job Summary: The Shuttle Bus Driver’s main responsibility is to drive guests to and from the gondola, and other pick up points according to what is stated on the properties’ offered pick up service. Key Responsibilities: Driving guests to and from the properties to Gondola, Welcome Centre and other pick up points around Hirafu To work closely with the Front Desk Staff and the Hotel Manager to ensure that all schedule of drives is covered and any special drive requests are complete in a timely manner To report to Hotel Manager and Maintenance team should the vehicles need maintenance and/or repair Ensure bus cleanliness inside and out, along with the mechanical and engine conditions to ensure top shape prior to being deployed Communicate location and road condition with the Front Desk team and Hotel Manager in case of delays in pickup Snow clearing and removal Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements 必要条件 国際運転免許証、大型車の免許証必須 関連業務で1年以上の経験があれば尚可 お客様のお荷物を車へ積み込むことができる筋力 冬道やホワイトアウトなどの天候下での運転経験 バスの状態に責任を持てる 異なる文化を持つ人々と協調して仕事ができる 時間管理能力 職場、健康、安全、品質管理、環境の原則に対するコミットメントと知識を有する 昼間と夜間の勤務に柔軟に対応 直感力とお客様のニーズを予測する能力 すべての職務に対して積極的かつ前向きでプロフェッショナルなアプローチをとる お客様に最高の休日を過ごしていただきたいという気持ち 主体性があり、自分の頭で考えることができる 困難な状況下でも冷静さを失わない 地域のイベントや社内の特別なイベントに精通し、積極的にアピールできる 割り当てられた課題や問題、タスクに対して責任感を持ち、適切な解決に向けて考え、実行できる 有効な日本のワーキングホリデービザまたは就労ビザ International Driver’s License specifically, a large size vehicle license  At least 1-year experience in a related work is an advantage  Able to help guests with luggage   Has experience in driving on winter roads / white out weather conditions Be responsible for the condition of the buses Ability to work cooperatively with people from different cultures  Time Management skills  Demonstrated commitment to, and knowledge of Workplace, Health and Safety, Quality management and Environmental principles Flexibility to work days and some evenings Intuition and ability to anticipate guest needs  A pro-active, positive & professional approach to all duties  A desire to assist our guests to have the best holiday ever  Show initiative, with ability to think on your feet  Able to maintain control and composure in difficult situations  To be knowledgeable and actively promote local and special internal events  Take ownership for assignments, issues or tasks and follow-through to an appropriate resolution  A valid Japanese working holiday visa or working rights  Benefits 福利厚生 スタッフ寮あり 語学がいかせる環境 一部のリゾートサービスやウィンターアクティビティの割引 ユニークな職場環境 冬季レクリエーション手当30,000円（1回限り) Staff accommodation available Language friendly environment Discounts on some resort services and winter activities Unique work environment  One-time Winter Recreational Allowance of 30,000yen 50,000yen flight rebate ​Staff Accommodation rent starting at 0yen!
