Salary: Monthly salary from 350,000 yen
Job Description: In our Italian restaurant within the hotel, we provide different course menus every day. As the second-in-command in the restaurant, you will be expected to showcase your creativity, with the potential to excel as a chef in the future.
Standard Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Days Off: 9 days per month (8 days in February only), 107 annual holidays *Shift schedule (considering preferences)
Rewards and Highlights: Our hotel is a small luxury boutique hotel with approximately 10,000 square meters of grounds, featuring 6 luxury villas (120 square meters each) and a high-end Italian restaurant (30 seats). Due to our smaller size, you can enjoy an environment where you can source vegetables from local farmers, fulfill requests from long-stay guests, and fully embrace the joy of providing dishes to our customers as a chef. Qualifications/Requirements: Culinary license, 3 years or more of Western cuisine cooking experience
