NISADE is looking for a new Reservation Consultant team member to work with us from April. Salary ・Monthly salary: 245,000 yen to 275,000 yen Working hours and conditions ・8 hours shifts with a 1-hour break, between 8:00 - 19:00 ・Two days off per week ・120 days off per year Job Description ・Answer incoming calls and assisting with reservations, confirmations, and questions from guests, agents, partners, and OTA’s ・Manage the Customer database ・Process reservations in a timely and accurate manner including sending reservation and confirmation letters ・Assist guests with issues with empathy, and a focus on guest satisfaction.
