Maintenance Staff: We are looking for an individual to join our property management/ maintenance team and take a leading role in managing our properties. Japanese and English language ability needed. Key Tasks: Assist the Manager with overseeing property management and holiday rental operations, including supervising seasonal staff. Complete regular scheduled inspections of properties for damage. Monitor repairs and maintenance work. Complete minor repairs if required. Grounds keeping work. Owner Liaison Staff: The role is both diverse and demanding. Responsibilities include: - Updating and maintaining property management contracts. - Preparing monthly OPEX reports for property owners. - Informing property owners of maintenance issues, insurance needs, and tax obligations. You need to possess excellent written and verbal (English) communication skills. Japanese language skills would be a plus, but are not essential for this role. You need to be able to multi task and prioritize your work flow. It is expected that you will be able to work autonomously once familiar with the role. You also need to possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to connect with a range of people. You will report directly to the manager.
