Looking for house to rent ( long term)

I've been living in Niseko for over 5 years. We recently completed our 2 year lease, and we are looking for potential new place to rent, instead of our small apartment. We are: - !! 2 cats !!! - 2 adults - 2 cars We are hoping for a: - 1-3 LDK house with parking - pet friendly - 30min drive to hirafu ( further ok if price is low) - 12-24 month lease - Max 50-75,000 a month + bills etc. ( pending distance to hirafu and other factors) Thank you for your time.
