My name is Alexander Dyer, I’m 27 years old from Brisbane, Australia, and I’m currently seeking employment for the upcoming winter (2012-13) in or around Niseko.
I have many useful skills and have worked in a variety of occupations, and would be open to almost any kind of employment opportunity.
My partner and I (Laura Mullens) hope to secure work from late October 2012 to April 2013 living and working around Niseko. Our main reason for coming to Japan is to experience the amazing powder snow and intriguing culture. I work freelance as a photographer, have managed restaurants and bars, worked in retail, cafe’s, cocktail bars and silver service restaurants. In the last four years I have successfully completed an electrical apprenticeship in Australia, and hold a current electrical licence. I also hold an international drivers licence.
I am extremely friendly and outgoing and love to travel, experience new cultures and make new friends. I have also worked a full season in Whistler Blackcomb and understand the rewards and challenges that come with working a ski season abroad.
