In search of accommodation in the Rusutsu areafrom Nov 2022 to Apr 2023

In search of accommodation in the Rusutsu area for the 2022 - 2023 winter (5 months) My wife Shelley (52y) and myself JB (58y)are a retired, non working, fully vaccinated, negatively tested New Zealand couple looking for small studio or similar accommodation in Rusutsu / Kimobetsu / Makkari area with a single car park from mid Nov 2022 to mid April 2023.(5 months) We are non smoking skiers that typically ski 5 to 6 days week. We also where possibly try do a little volunteer work with in the community when not out enjoying the environment. We understand that seasonal accommodation can be very difficult to come by and are realistic to what that means but have had Rusutsu Resort on our bucket list for 10 years so are committed to making this next winter a Japanese one. We have been traveling for some time and have so far spent the last 6 winters in USA, Canada & Austria and love getting to know and be part of a new ski town each winter.
