Looking for a rental property in Kutchan during the winter, I am going to be there for around a month and don't want to pay lodge prices. Don't care how run down the accom is, as long as it's warm and dry. Needs to sleep 4-6 people. From 5th January for around a month. Willing to negotiate price!
