Our Reservations Team plays a key role in shaping that experience—from the first inquiry to the end of their stay. We’re looking for a Reservations Consultant to join our passionate and dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and is confident managing multiple priorities with a smile. What You'll Be Doing: - Responding to booking inquiries via phone, email, website, and online chat - Managing accommodation bookings and coordinating with housekeeping teams - Arranging guest services both before and during their stay - Handling payment processing and financial records - Providing thoughtful, patient support and accommodating special guest requests - Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience What We’re Looking For: - Business-level English (spoken and written); Japanese is a plus - Strong attention to detail - Experience in hospitality or customer service is highly valued - Comfortable working in an international environment - Team player with excellent communication skills - Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, email systems, etc.) - Valid open driver’s license - Valid working visa (we’re happy to discuss sponsorship for the right candidate) - Interest in or knowledge about Niseko and the local area - Positive attitude, motivation, and a willingness to learn - Available to work weekends and late shifts until 8:00pm during the winter season (Dec–Mar only) If you're someone who enjoys helping others and wants to be part of creating unforgettable holidays in one of Japan’s most beautiful resort areas, we’d love to hear from you!
