Hello,I am looking to rent a furnished Studio Apartment for the upcoming winter season, specifically from 1st December to 31st March (4 months fixed term).Preferred Location: Within a 15-minute drive, to Niseko/Hirafu (open to Kutchan town, Kabayama, Izumikyo, or Soga areas).
About Me: Clean, quiet, and responsible non-smoker. Singaporean, 37 years old. Will be as a ski instructor during the season and respect property rules. No pets.
Will require Heating, snow clearing and a carpark
