Moving to Japan in November for Work - Seeking Apartment in the Kutchan area

I am moving to the Kutchan area in early November and am looking for an apartment long-term(more than a year). I will be living alone. My Japanese is lower intermediate however I am still studying. Regarding occupation, I will be working at Niseko Grand Hirafu full-time. I can provide additional background information regarding myself. Before this trip, I have visited Japan on 3 other separate long-term occasions and am familiar with many of the daily customs in daily Japanese life and always willing to learn and remain flexible.
