About Us: MUWA NISEKO is a brand new hotel dedicated to providing exceptional stay to our guest and team alike. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team.
The vehicles that you will be driving are HiAce Van or Grand Cabin. We are looking for a team member who would like to join us either on full-time hour basis or part-time basis, and enjoys interacting with fellow team members.
Position Summary: As a Shuttle Bus Driver , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our team to and from designated locations within Hirafu and Kutchan. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of safe, while adhering to Japanese Driving Regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate shuttle buses in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
Transport team members to and from specified locations, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle bus, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues.
Adhere to a predetermined schedule, adjusting routes as necessary to accommodate changes.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless transportation services.
Qualifications:
Standard Driving License (Ordinary / Cat B etc.)
Valid Working Visa or rights to employment in Japan
Comfortable driver larger vans in winter conditions.
Strong communication.
Good knowledge of traffic laws or interest in receiving appropriate training by our team.
Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Benefits:
Hourly wages from 1600yen and hour
Other benefits depend on the type of employment ( Full time hours vs part time hours) but may include benefits such as Season Pass or allowance / subsidized staff accommodation/ company enrollment in Social Insurances
