If you live and breathe powder days, look no further! MY ecolodge is now recruiting for the 19/20 Winter Season. We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, friendly, and hardworking team players with a passion in providing guests with outstanding service to join our team this coming season.
Responsibilities
l Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues;
l Prepare, cook and service all food items for a la carte and or buffet menus or individual dishes, be creative and experiment
l Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards and follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage;
l Have full knowledge of all menu’s items, daily features and promotions;
l Ensure proper labeling, dating and storage of all items in the kitchen;
l Ensure cleanliness & maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment and Control waste and spoilage
l Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
l 3 year + experience in the Culinary field required
l DiplomaCertification in a Culinary discipline an asset
l Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
l Highly responsible & reliable
l Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
l Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
l Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
