hey,
room available in 4 bedroom house in kutchan.
rent is 220,000 yen per month for the whole house including utilities
works out to be around $600nz per month with 6 people in the house, 2 months rent is due by the beginning of november and a
$600nzd dollar bond is also required
house is located in kutchan approx 15min walk from main bus and train station, at the moment there are 3 NZers, an american and a Canadian living in the house, 2 females 3 males
let me know if you would like any more details, if you are a pair you a are welcome to share the room, but rent will just be split evenly between all members of the house...
